Victims of the Tailings Pond

A pair of young Albertosaurus fall victim to the same fate that has killed an innumerable amount of birds in northern Alberta; tailings ponds. This particular pond saw the deaths of 31 Great Blue Herons earlier this year, and this painting is meant to represent the victims of a mismanaged oil industry being slowly driven to extinction.
